I am here to help you cultivate your Full Being Aliveness! I help humans integrate big emotions, orient to the present moment, and to gain freedom and clarity on the path forward. I help humans to live lives that are vibrant, fulfilling, and value-aligned and clear out that which has been in the way.
In the style of life-coaching that I practice, we become partners in a journey of exploration, I am there to help hold space so your inner wisdom and guidance can emerge – never for me to tell you what to do. I ask powerful questions and we invite your own truth to bubble forth. With support, you identify where you are stuck, what the next right step is for you in your life and how to take it. In the clear presence of another, sticky messes can melt away – yes, it takes courage to face the truth of the feelings or thoughts gluing the mess together, but through willingness, clarity can unfold.
This coaching is grounded in the body and grounded in values, but also grounded in the daily, mundane, and practical (some of my pre-coaching background is in small business administrative organization). Your Full Aliveness is brought forth one step at a time and I walk with you, holding space for the work that only you can do.
