In the 3 Months of Coaching Transformation you will receive
- Clarity, Self-Trust, and Anchoring into How You Want to Live
- Wheel Of Life Assessment
- 8 one hour (sometimes 1.25hr) in-person or online sessions — scheduled every other week
- 8 follow-ups (after each session detailing plan of action)
- Unlimited check-ins via What’sApp (or other) – I will respond within 48 hours unless I’m camping
- Recommended Resources (books, videos, podcasts, specifically picked for you and your situation)
