Through somatic movement, journaling, life-coaching, and accountability you CAN step into your new habits.
First we will help you identify what is truly most important to your whole self & look at the internal objections. This allows you to take your full-self goals into your new habits.

You might say to yourself - but I don’t have time. . .
I hear you, we’re all really busy humans with lots of demands on our time. Let's have a breath together right now. (sigh)
Some of this busyness is driven by systems outside of our control, and some of it might be an old habit attempting to protect you from feeling bad or being outcasted by your social structure. (another breath)
When is it time to prioritize what you want? Hint - when you say it is, because most other systems in your life secretly or not so secretly want you to keep taking care of them. (another breath)
The body is living in the present moment all the time, when we can tap into our somatic experience, life can get really yummy. (how are your toes feeling right now?)
This group will take one hour of your week + a few moments to receive another member’s check-in. Possibly you’ll want to email the other participants about what you’re noticing, possibly you'll want to join the weekly co-working sessions to harness the group energy to focus on you. (another breath)
How does it feel in your body to think about taking some dedicated time to check-in, move, and meet fellow journeyers on the path? (pause)

In addition to community movement facilitation, Arlyn spent 2 years offering dance classes at a residential rehab center to help regulate nervous systems in extreme cases of imbalance. Arlyn’s experience ranges from guiding 1:1 movement to facilitating crowds of thousands.

Arlyn is a professional musician and has a deep appreciation for music.
She became a radio DJ in her teens and has been sharing music with people for years. Her choice of music is embodied.
