Please enjoy this short audio-only exploration. This is a version of some of what the combination of somatics and life-coaching looks like, here in a format so you can use it when you would like. You can expect an increase in your mind-body connection by using this practice as well as accessing new possibilities and gentle shifts of perspective to a troubling situation in your life.

Please make sure you have a space that you feel comfortable moving in and bring something to write with and on. I didn't include it in the facilitation, but I love - and highly encourage you - to shake out your hands, feet, and full body as often as feels good to you, during this practice as well as throughout your day.

At the end of this practice, you can also journal about one small concrete step that you want to take forward into your week informed by your movement exploration.
