A sweet community practice. Let’s dance our way home to ourselves!
9-10am at the Hearth in Paonia every Tuesday in January & February & two Tuesdays in March, 138 Grand Ave. The space opens at 8:50.
A second dance day a week to help us make it through the winter.
Let’s stay embodied through the longest of nights.
