Stepping into Clarity And Intention

I’m super excited to invite Omar to join me in facilitating this Movement as Medicine Workshop.

We’ll dance, we’ll embody clarity and step more fully into our intentions. We’ll take an embodied look at what gets in the way of our clarity. We’ll spend some time in facilitated dialog in circle to really name our experience and get a little cleaner with our intentions. We’ll dance some more.
