Let’s take some time out of time and re-center at the shifting of seasons.
We’ll dance (Movement as Medicine practice), play (gently and courageously with our voices), create (start some seeds and maybe some beading) & connect (internally and with each other).
This is a deepening of the Movement as Medicine gatherings, but there is no pre-requisite for this gathering. Somatic dance is about the felt experience of the mover, it’s not about looking any particular way.
